Rocío Madrazo

Rocío Madrazo has been providing event planning and coordination services since the 1980s.  She collaborated with Televisa in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico and the “Señorita México 1989” beauty pageant.


Rocío acted as production coordinator for the television sitcom “Lazos de Amor” produced by Carla Estrada, and also assisted with the catering and scouting.  She was responsible for the coordination of extras in the movie “The Good Life”, as well as for a number of different TV commercials.


Rocío Madrazo provided the general planning for the annual “NB Zihuatanejo” beauty pageant. She has organized events and performances for TANE, the exclusive Mexican jewelry and objets d’art retailer at The Westin Hotel and Club Med in Ixtapa, the Hotel Villa del Sol and La Casa Que Canta in Zihuatanejo.  She also provided models and hostesses for conventions of companies such as Rolex, among others.  As part of the Palm Desert-Zihuatanejo sister city program, Rocío Madrazo was responsible for the cultural representation of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.


At her GALART gallery at the Hotel Villa del Sol, Rocío Madrazo organizes various cultural events during the destination’s high season, such as exhibitions of paintings, sculpture, folk art and jewelry by different international artists, as well as jewelry fashion shows with the most recent collections of well-known designers like Judy Brown, Arthur Koby, Gig Mizrahi, and others.
